Best Ground Coffee

This coffee arrives from the State of Kerala, on the south coast of India and is the best quality of Monsoon coffee.

It is called that because after its harvest the green grains are exposed to monsoonal winds in open warehouses, for a few weeks during the rainy season. This process reduces acidity and increases sweetness giving the coffee a straw yellow color.
